Blood pressure climbs at a dramatic rate
as I fall deeper into a manic state
As I salivate at the thought of chopping you up in a stinking tub
filled with blood.
Here I sit I’m caught up in deep thought again
Swallow klonopin while I’m nodding and slipping in and out of conciseness
Holding on to the pill bottle contemplating my next plot

These damn pills are causing too many illusions

While I’m dreaming of brain contusions again

with razors, needles and pins.
